Keeps taking me off survey with it’s our fault not yours with no proper explanation
Avoid
Hardly get any surveys and when you do the lay out is so bad that the survey does not work. Wasted 20 minutes! Never again.

Account closed - Scam App
Seen various bad reviews on here and Facebook about how they close account down only once you redeem your points and not before so tested the method myself and soon as I withdrew I’m told my accounts been closed due to bad responses (I double checked every response on each survey) . Terrible way to scam people out of hard earned vouchers it can’t be a coincidence so many people are having the same issues Toluna you’re going to get closed down if this carries on and are only replying on here with automated responses that explain nothing. Avoid all at costs peeps much better survey apps out there
Be VERY careful with Toluna
What’s very apparent is they’re closing accounts down only after you’ve withdrawn your points . Signed up to them despite seeing the reviews I withdraw £10 Tesco voucher and 2 days later I’m told my account been closed due to inconsistent responses and won’t get my voucher , There’s a running theme if you look at the bad reviews on here so be careful there’s much better apps out there which pay instantly and toluna don’t bother replying with your automated response about my account being flagged in a quality check . I can assure you my responses are consistent and die. With integrity
Not worst it
I have been asked to verify my email once and then when I intend to do any of the survey they keep asking me to verify my email which I don’t mind verifying it but they are not even sending me the email to verify it and it’s like literally verifying email for each survey u want to do.

Keeps crashing every time opened. (Iphone 14)
Toluna top tips
Pros 1)I do win about £45 a month which i couldn’t on any other survey websites. 2)starting to try new products now which is actually quite fun. 3)I think all the negative reviews are a bit over the top. I literally can’t make a penny on any of the other sites. Cons 1) Sundays always seem to not let you do surveys or they constant say I’m not good for them. 2)the app is not great, I stick to the website, it is glitchy but I have come accustomed to this.
