I paid you the subscription money . Your download process is stuck at 2 % . My internet speed shows 30Mbps. And the storage is good over 20 GB . I don’t know why the download is not happening . It just shows in a pop up Your purchase is being downloaded. There must be a fault from your end else I will cancel your subscription.
The App is close to be awesome! There are 3 things that can be better. The metronome doesnt understand upbeats, or rather the upbeat note begins on the mainbeat which is strange. By default only one empty bar is given before the piece, an option to customize such things would be better. Just happened to check the free score of vivaldi concerto and found many wrong/improvised notes. The length of the pieces are not original, looks like this app has their own version of the pieces which might not be suitable for those who follow classical music seriously.
I love how I can progress from easy to advanced . I appreciate the background music for tunes that I love!
This app is really good but lacks in Latin music that make it to my a disappointment pay for a year and don’t have what I like only for English musicians or music 98%, it is a great app don’t take it the wrong way but I’m a Spanish musician so that’s why my 3 stars when you add more international music be back.

This app just continues to get better and better.
I was dishonestly charged for a year subscription, when I requested to unsubscribe from Tomplay music app. There is no way to unsubscribe without customer support and they did not unsubscribe per my request.
Everything pretty much works but that's about it. The software is not polished. Search function has two different entry locations which makes it confusing. Search could be better and more comprehensive. The whole app could use an overhaul. A great app is super easy and handles all of the edge cases.
Doesn't work on iPhone 16 To have the accompanist to play with makes this app so much fun. However I would love to see some more tools to change tempos for whole sections. I find that sometimes parts of a piece are way off the tempo I would play and have to stop and change it manually. Also, it would be great to set a default tuning for all pieces. Most flutes are tuned to 442 but the recordings seem to be at 440 and I have to change every piece. I’d also like to have the option to always have the flute recording off. Finally, the web browser version doesn’t remember the app settings even when logged in the same account, so it’d be nice to store those settings in the cloud. Suggestions aside, this app is a game changer and is motivating to use.
