Can’t cancel free trial???

Tried the free trial and wanted immediately to cancel but there is no where on the app to allow that. Tried to delete my account and it said I couldn’t because I had an active account ( the free trial) Sent a message in the’help’ section, but still no reply or acknowledgement after 3 days . I do not want to subscribe and be charged for a product that I am not happy with. So can someone from Tomplay please respond and cancel my free trial immediately? Thank you

Atrocious customer support snd lacks integrity & transparency

Was charged for my free trial. Misleading emails from their system, lacking transparency and integrity relating to payment and refunds. Being charged a fee by their payment vendor for refund for cancellation of subscription. Use at your risk!
