"I love the idea of Too Good To Go and the impact it has on reducing food waste. However, my recent experience with Mr Singh pizza was disappointing. While the app and pickup process were seamless, the staff at the restaurant treated me like I was receiving a handout, rather than a paying customer. It was uncomfortable and unexpected.
I hope restaurants can recognize the value of customers using this app and treat them with the same respect and hospitality as any other customer. I'll continue to use the app, but hope for a more welcoming experience in the future."

The app is very easy to navigate and I was able to pick up food without delay and the value was amazing.

Brutal service. Drove into town to get a already paid for pie for my friend. First off, had to download and sign up to open the invite. Still didn’t work. Had receipt sent to me as to it being paid for. That wasn’t good enough. Left empty handed even after offering my ID or to pay for its second time. Don’t waste your time or fuel driving anywhere to depend on this to work

I inly tried this app once- I paid $6.77 to pickup food- Just wanted to try out the app. Restaurant had no food at all- Ended up ordering my own $48 food at restaurant cause didn’t wanna look like homeless buying cheap food. Had to cancel the order through chat to get refund. Why did the app let me Place order if restaurant had no food at all? Most of the restaurants stop cooking after 9PM they only cook when an order is placed (So no ToGoodToGo). Restaurants and app owners should have good communication like other apps(Uber eats, doordash and skip the dishes) also there is jo delivery. Wasted my 15 mins just to drive there and end up with ordering my own stuff.

Garbage app and a scam service
This app and its service is a scam designed to get people to spend money at garbage restaurants for little or expired food that would normally be thrown out. If you get a box with next to nothing in it which happens quite often, they will refuse to give you a refund for getting ripped off instead they give you a voucher which is useless since chances are you will never pick up another box from said place again. You cannot send customer service pics of the horrible food you got, you can only describe to them how terrible it was. Absolutely ridiculous app and a ludicrous concept for a business. It should be banned from the App Store because it’s 100% a scam business designed to prop up struggling restaurants and not designed for the benefit of people who are financially struggling or are on a tight budget. Garbage.
