Is ToonSquid legit?
✅ The ToonSquid app appears to be high-quality and legitimate. Users are very satisfied.
I love this app a lot! The key framing is a little confusing but I think that’s a me problem since I came from FlipaClip, but it would be so helpful if you’d add a symmetry tool and adding audio from videos as a possibility! Again, awesome app, thank you!
Good app but..
add a reset settings button
One of the best animation apps! Could use some updates
This is probably my favorite app to animate in, it has a lot of features that I miss in other apps like onion skin settings, framerate settings, and drawing out of frames w vector brushes. I do have some problems with it though when it comes to coloring and doing linework though because of the way vector lines work/the placement of things on the interface. I use an iPad and like to swipe down to turn down the brightness on my screen/volume of my music but oftentimes it accidentally changes the opacity of my brushes and I end up drawing my lineart with a lower opacity without noticing which could be fixed if there were the ability to lock brush settings or move the placement of the opacity settings, it’s really annoying working on something and realizing when your coloring it you’ve been drawing with a slightly lowered opacity. Another problem I have is with the inability to draw outside the frame with raster brushes, so I end up using vector brushes. Using vector brushes is fine with me but it’s a lot harder to fill in and color your drawings because lock transparency/fill reference doesn’t work, so I end up drawing underneath the lineart to manually fill and color each drawing which takes a long time. Other than that I enjoy using the app a lot, and don’t mind these issues too much because a lot of apps have similar or worse issues.
AMAZING but one thing that they need to add
This is a really high quality program and I really recommend for animations! But they really need to add the option to lower the opacity of layer!
Everything Procreate Dreams Should’ve been
This app is amazing. It’s intuitive and powerful, and lets me do everything I need to make my animations. It’s incredible that one person was able to make a program that beats one that was made by an entire team with decades of experience in art app development. If you want to animate on your ipad, this is the best app to do it in.
Best app ever, just a recommendation for the app.
PLEAASE add shale tweening like they have in adobe animate. here’s how i’ll describe it, when slicing frames apart, there should be a small symbol in between the two. when you press the symbol, it will show a bunch of transitions, like shape tweening! it would be really helpful for you to add it when i’m making certain things. your app is amazing.
Please…
How come the library short animation clips don’t save across ALL animations? It’s just a recommendation, because I’m using them as assets I can use across MULTIPLE animations. Please fix this!
Importing brushes
I’m unable to import my favorite brushes from procreate.
Toonsquid is good but there’s also some bads
ToonSquid is an amazing animation software especially for object shows it just takes up a lot of space and storage an I don’t have all of that so can you please put it on Pc I don’t have enough storage on my iPad due to my other software but I don’t want to lose my other old animations so please please please put Toonsquid on Pc 🙏🏻🥺
Amazing!! Just one problem
I love this app, it’s definitely the best animation app I have ever used before but the selection tool hasn’t been working for some reason, I try to select something but it says that there is nothing there, I’ve checked everything, but it’s still not working. Could you tell me what the problem is? It’s still an amazing app overall!
