Missing cash back
Either missing cash back or tracked very slow. Has to contact customer services and get back so slow. Not good as Rakuten

I have been waiting for my cash back since oct, it is dec 25th.
Stick to Rakuten
This app can’t even track a simple cashback purchase. They bait you in with a sign up bonus, have a large cashback refund from a service like vpn, and then they don’t give you the cashback before the refund period is over and you’re stuck with the subscription. Stick with Rakuten. I’ve never had an issue with them tracking my purchases.
