Right after I log in it goes to a white page and does not load the app. Its not my phone—its on their end. So I deleted the app. I will give it one more try and load the app again.

Attempted to get Topline specific branch information (lobby hours for a branch) - input city and state, got green dots for ATMs and other banks east of the branch I was looking for, but the no green dot where I expected the branch to be. If I zoomed into the block where the branch is I got the google maps business information bubble, but I wanted the information to come from topline. Branch locator could definitely use some attention. I’d almost prefer a list over this wedged in google map. At least give branches a different dot color than ATMs.

Latest “update” forces app into portrait mode on my iPad Pro. Big disappointment, less useful.

The new update makes the UI prettier, but there are so many bugs. Currently nothing even loads after logging in.

I love this app! one thing I should recommend though would be link zelle with it!

This app works great when it’s open but is “down for scheduled maintenance” like 40% of the time I try to use it. Frustrating!

After several reboots of the iPad and several reinstalls of the app, the Account Summary page is still always completely blank. Makes the app unusable.

I’ve tried everything and the app will not open!!

Updates to this app make it no longer display correctly on the iPad Pro. Left 15% (most of the nav menu) is clipped off in either portrait or landscape orientation.

I’ve been using the mobile app for a long time and I love it. I never have to go to the bank again for a check deposit or a cash transfer. There were some issues at times, but things got solved very quickly. I can view my accounts at anytime and anywhere at my fingertips.
