App is not functional
I have been unable to open this app and use it for several months now. It gets with with the circle on your splash page with company name/logo. Nothing loads.

I update the app and now it doesn't work. It just keeps spinning. 🤦🏽♀️ Not happy
Taking visa card info and leaking it
Torrid is making Canadians pay US and then leaking you info too.
App won’t load
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. When the app is launched, it just spins and never opens
App Doesn’t Work
Mobile app won’t load on IPhone 15.
Bad
I’ve been trying to order from Torrid online for a couple and it never accepts any payment method I have, it always says “Your order could not be submitted. Please update your payment method.” Too bad since Torrid has a lot of cute clothes.
Shipping too expensive
Get with the times guys, shipping should be free when we’re spending hundreds of dollars
Fail For Canadians
I have been a client for many years and placed many many orders. I have been a Stylist member most of the time because of my spend, yet we get treated as less because of where we live! Torrid has done nothing to create a Canadian website with Canadian prices, nor are we offered the same perks when we reach the same members status as our US friends. Still no free shipping, plus we get slammed with the sneaky US prices once we check out! The website shows in very small letters USD and I wonder how many are shocked to see their bank statements of what they actually paid in the end!! Time to step up torrid, take care of your Canadian friends!
Won’t open
When you open the app it just keeps showing its loading. Watch the circle go around and around. Never opens. Even with updates. Terrible.
App sucks for Canadians
You need to upgrade your app for Canadians! So many stores all around Canada and yet I have to pay shipping from the US. - I will not use this app until you can provided Canadian currency and shipping from Canada!!
