No back button no way to continue browsing been broken for at least a month

This app has been one of the worst to shop on for a long time. It’s so unbelievably slow that I end up either giving up completely or going to my laptop. I don’t find it very user friendly, going ‘back’ is almost impossible and if it does it starts your search back at the top and you have to scroll through the items that shouldn’t have appeared in your search anyway to find your spot. Even worse is it’s often in a different order and you can’t even find your spot.

I love the clothing from Torrid but how is the app so bad? It keeps freezing, crashing, links not working, there’s no “back” option…. I’m delighted that free shipping to Canadian stores is an option, and that using the app gets you an extra little discount on some items… but… the app isn’t much fun to use right now. 😢

The current app is not very user friendly. There is no back option so every time you have to through pages again and again. Overall slow and crashes often. The previous version was much better

App lets me input my canadian address, login to my canadian account. Once I get to check out it says they don’t ship to me.

Terrible app. Website is nearly as bad. Want to add a filter to your search? Good luck. No back button on the app after viewing a product. Just awful. Literally not buying anything from this store because the app and website are basically unusable.

Even if you’re on Mobile, just use the website. Don’t bother with this app. It’s buggy, slow, the filters don’t work, there’s no back button so you have to start at the top of the page EVERY TIME you look at an item, and it logs me out every few minutes. It feels like I’m spending more time logging in than actually shopping. The website, even the mobile version, works much better. It’s just a waste of your phone storage.

This app/ site always seems to run into issues that make it difficult to use and purchase products. It deters a user from being able to shop as much as they like. The app is slow, freezes frequently and crashes. Something as simple as a back button is not available to return to your search. Also agreed with the comments on shipping costs. Back in July the prices were in USD with no sign saying so the FX conversion was a sticker shock.

The app doesn’t function as well, now that it’s been changed and it’s a lot less easy to use. It would also be nice if shipping wasn’t almost 40$

I don’t understand why there is no back button. It drives me insane
