Total Card

I can’t even log into my app anymore. This card let alone bank has been a complete inconvenience to me. I can’t even use the card with a Fortune 500 company to pay a bill. All it does is decline advising that this merchant is not valid. T-Mobile could buy your back at the snap of a finger. This is obviously violating some type of federal law. This is very inconvenient.

Why after you gave already logged in and set up bio metrics it makes you have to do it allllllllll over again and again and again like why !

Really getting tired of error messages every time I try and log in. Fix it!!

This is a good helpful app. Only problem is I have 2 Total accounts, one regular Total and one Total Select account. I have to go online for the Select account. Sure would be great if the app developers would improve this!

Stay away from this card, I got a 300 credit limit and had to pay 95, plus a 75 fee which dropped my credit down to 225 on top of that I was paying my credit card off and they did not report that to the credit bearu, they only reported that I had a negative balance which dropped my credit score 20 points…. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD IF YOU ARE TRYING TO REBUILD OR ESTABLISH RAISING CREDIT SCORES…

I have been trying to see my balance and also see if I needed to make any payments to bring my credit limit back up to $300. I can’t even log into the account, and every time I request to reset my password so I can receive account information, I never get an email back with my credentials. What’s going on with this bank?

Please don’t ever lose your card. Total makes it almost impossible to get a replacement card when you call they ask you things like what bank was your Total Card drawn on what were the last four numbers of your credit card? How many people have that memorized? Maybe I’m exception, but I don’t and again their customer service is extremely lacking.

Everyone do yourself a favor and just use self credit building loan after you pay 300 on your loan they wil allow you to put those funds on a credit card then u have two account reporting it’s raised by score over a hundred points then u get this card and it drops 20 but anyway …..So this app apparently doesn’t even show you the real balance or up to date details of your card I make multiple payments a month when I spend more than I would like to and its does t matter apparently they still make you wait till after your due date and new monthly cycle to even use the funds I was told to go to myccpay to see it all and it won’t let me register on the site at all I give up but I’m told if I pay the card off and cancel it’s gonna negatively affect my credit

Keep getting login errors. “The ssl Connection could not be established. See inner exception. To biometric login never staying on

I will give this horrible app negative 5 if I could. Spent 20 minutes on phone with customer service to fix this logging in issue. It is a glitch on the app. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Your associate said my account had to be reset. So I gave her everything and then some to reset my account. I get it, security. She asked way to many questions, more than a bank to supposedly verify. I was extremely uncomfortable. Then my account is reset and I go through the process to be told the same exact thing. The was an error with my username and password. Never changed, but your app has. I was using face recognition and it just stop working as well. My face has not changed. I just wanted to give you money, but every time I try, you have taken some other “fee” out for something. Your company is ruining people’s credit, not helping. You promise $300, then only have half of that available. You really need to revamp your amp and stop with all the garbage fees. I will pay off and cancel so my credit will be worse. Thanks for making America worse! It is even making me give it a star. Can’t get any better than 2.4, you need to take a look at your business!
