The Total Connect Comfort app allows users to remotely monitor and manage their heating and cooling system – at anytime, from anywhere. Total Connect Comfort works with Honeywell Home Wi-Fi Thermostats and with Honeywell Home Redlink Comfort Systems when used in conjunction with a Redlink Internet Gateway.
With the Total Connect Comfort app users can:
- View and change the schedule (for thermostats that support this feature)
- View and change heating and cooling system settings
- View and set the indoor temperature
- View and change system fan (for thermostats that support this feature)
- View and change humidifier and dehumidifier settings (for thermostats that support this feature)
- View 5-Day weather forecast
- View outdoor temperature and humidity (when used with an outdoor sensor)
- Access multiple smart thermostats
- Access multiple locations if more than one system is registered
- View thermostat alerts such as high or low temperature
- Use the Demo Mode before purchasing a thermostat
- Automatically upgrade to new features once they become available

Funciona muy bien !

Realmente la App supero mis espectadoras. Funciona perfecta.

Only for North America and few other places

It does not support South America cities. Accepting this bad feature , It should, at least, support any time zone, but it doesn’t! You can’t program the time zone where the thermostat is, you can only program the city where it is. So, if you are in Buenos Aires (for Instance), as Buenos Aires is not in the list of “supported places” you must “fake” a location and and make your own mental calculations for programming schedules (wake, leave, return and sleep as the there is not any city in North America with the same time zone). Really awful! Moreover, of course, the “outside temperature” shown is just garbage (as you must say the thermostat is in NY, when it really is in Buenos Aires). I asked Honeywell about this issue more than 3 years ago (I’m writing this review in August 2018) and they did nothing.

Básica, pero podría funcionar mejor

Tiene problemas de conexión, aparecen errores en pantalla que no puede recuperar, el refresco de datos del termostato es lento, cualquier cambio demora algunos minutos. Si se cancela un cambio de temperatura queda en -18 y hay que corregir. Podría funcionar mejor
