The Total Connect Comfort app allows users to remotely monitor and manage their heating and cooling system – at anytime, from anywhere. Total Connect Comfort works with Honeywell Home Wi-Fi Thermostats and with Honeywell Home Redlink Comfort Systems when used in conjunction with a Redlink Internet Gateway.
With the Total Connect Comfort app users can:
- View and change the schedule (for thermostats that support this feature)
- View and change heating and cooling system settings
- View and set the indoor temperature
- View and change system fan (for thermostats that support this feature)
- View and change humidifier and dehumidifier settings (for thermostats that support this feature)
- View 5-Day weather forecast
- View outdoor temperature and humidity (when used with an outdoor sensor)
- Access multiple smart thermostats
- Access multiple locations if more than one system is registered
- View thermostat alerts such as high or low temperature
- Use the Demo Mode before purchasing a thermostat
- Automatically upgrade to new features once they become available

Inconsistent
Just when you need it most, this app FAILS TO CONNECT. Always some excuse, system issue usually. This most recent failure occurred while traveling and returning home. The app responded with “incorrect login/password” issue so it continually denied access therefore I could not adjust either thermostat. The password was saved in IOS and had not been changed! I was unable to F around with the app to reset the password as I was traveling. Upon arriving at my home it then necessitated manually adjusting the temperature in each thermostat until my residence was habitable. Throughout the years I’ve used this app, I have been disappointed on a number of occasions, the above is the most recent example. I’m now looking for replacement thermostats accessible via ANOTHER dependable app.

Very convenient! Have the app on my IPad, can control my fau/ac from anywhere.

I love being able to pull my phone out and adjust the temp accordingly! Middle of the night sweats, no problem… open phone, drop it down and fall back asleep!
Works but needs QOL upgrades
App works great but missing QOL upgrades like Face ID or password saving.

Met all expectations
I only wish for a larger screen. Hard to see the small print over the years as we age, and I shouldn’t have to go look for my glasses to turn it up a few degrees. However, it meets all expectations and needs. I love telling Alexa to set the heat to 70 in the am and it’s warm when I get out of bed.

LOVE this app!
This app saves me so much time, and it's so reliable. Every once in a while, it can't connect, but I just close the app and reopen it (which takes literally less than two seconds) and all is well. I highly recommend it.

It acts so later. Set heat 69, it run and stopped until 72. It Very much slow and feel uncomfortable.
