Account registration issue

Looks like they only allow for Malaysian / Singaporean numbers to open an account. No way if you want to use it from the USA

Bad Onboarding

I’mCM on

United States

The new update rolled out last week had a massive change to the UI in terms of usability. Those whose muscle memory is used to tapping on the shortcuts on top will suddenly wonder where the Scan and Pay shortcuts have gone too. No new onboarding screen, not in the App Store version history log. Even the App Store preview images are still showing the old UI. At the very least let existing users who are used to the app for years be aware of things before deciding to shuffle things around!

Maxis Postpaid Payment

Hi Maxis, I was trying to make payment of $7.45 for my bill but TnGo errored out and says I can only make payment with the amount between RM10 - RM500. Not sure why there is such a rule imposed. I find that the app is not user friendly and would be great if amount less than RM10 would be considered in future.
