Dreadful. Took ages to sign up. Only heatd 1 song. Clunky app. Rip off

I used the app for one evening and thought it was quite cool . Worked fine . The following day I just wanted to delete the app off my phone as well as my account . However you can unable to delete your profile unless you contact customer service . It’s the first time I come across an app where you have to go through help to do so but whatever . I then reviewed confirmation that from an associate that I can delete the app and my profile has been deleted . However , it wasn’t and I all my data was still available. I’m still in the process of deleting .

So, I’m visiting USA from U.K. and download the app. Turns out, everywhere credits are not everywhere. Will not connect overseas…waste of money…or a scam?

Don’t know why I get an error that I can’t use Apple ID. Probably cause of the hide email option.

Great app to save getting to the machines. Only issue is hard to search for songs. Also need to have language options where I can choose Uk English. Be good to find music music for Spotify and Apple Music but the integration is limited.

£2 for 11 credits in cash only 7 credits for £2 on the app. Get it sorted.

This app gets on the tunes you want to hear, when you goddamn wanna hear them! Awesome!

Being only able to use PayPal to add credits makes this app poor. Not everyone uses PayPal but most people have a debit card or credit card. You need to get real. Why can’t we search for venues that have touch tunes For instance I want to look what pubs have touch tunes in Shrewsbury before I go. This will make my mind up where I want to go. Go to some pubs and they cut the tracks short. You put a track on that longer than the time and it’s cut off. Relegated to 1 star. They did nothing about what I said before. All they want is the money not what the customer wants. Won’t be putting money in this app again.
