Just like some of the other reviews, this product does not work well. It takes forever to update and most the time. The location is not correct until at least 10 minutes having the app open. I’m not going be using this once subscription.

The dog is never where the app says he is. I look out the door and he’s sitting in the yard, the app says he’s 25 miles away. And I have really good service here. I’ll be looking for a better tracker!

The app nor the device has never worked, and the company refuses to give us a refund despite wanting to return it in the allowed timeframe. Company has given us the runaround for 4 months now -avoid this app and the device or you will be throwing away money to scammers

Poor tracking, tells me my cat is across the street when he’s right beside me. Takes forever to get an accurate location…wtf??? Disappointed so far .

Just another con. The device is not nearly good enough to justify the sneaky monthly charge… but at least the battery lasts 16 minutes. After charging. I regret this purchase.

Had this for several months and every time we tested it failed. It would send you in the opposite direction of where the tracker was

Company contacted me and asked me to give them another chance. I like the device itself I think it has potential maybe my device was defective. Don’t mind the battery life as I take my dogs collar every night.

Was easy to set-up and start using. Battery lasts and everything works as promised!

This product is definitely still in the beta stage. Support has been disappointing and will return “Tracki”.
