Company contacted me and asked me to give them another chance. I like the device itself I think it has potential maybe my device was defective. Don’t mind the battery life as I take my dogs collar every night.

Was easy to set-up and start using. Battery lasts and everything works as promised!

This product is definitely still in the beta stage. Support has been disappointing and will return “Tracki”.

Even if you manage to connect the device to your phone, the app will not let you zoom in to actually find out where your dog is. A complete scam. Do not waste your time and money and invest in a real tracker!

Icon and app tries to resemble the Tractive app, but the quality is not there. I almost fell for it, but the reviews were clear.

We have several apple products and a few Android, it seems to take forever to load position, always with the loading on the marker. The Androids seem to lock in much faster. This has been the case with my older iPad, a iPhone 12, and a 14pro. The androids are just run of the mill mid level phones. Also, don’t like the zoom, if you zoom in to see where the cat is, and it refreshes, it zooms way out again, even if the cat hasn’t moved.

I really like this tracker on my dog, I can see where he is at anytime. Battery lasts for 7 days so I charge it just once a week. It’s also really lite and small and looks nice!
