Description

Trackuility is an app that helps the user track their boundaries and get an overview of their current and historic activity to compare it with their health.

Pacing is an activity management strategy to help ME/CFS patients and possibly also other post viral fatigue patients to limit the number and severity of relapses while remaining as active as possible.


Track
Manage your activity by tracking your Health data. Make sure you stay within your energy envelope for different time intervals. Set your boundaries and notifications for each tracker. Test with different values and see what works best for you.

History
See how many times you surpassed your current boundaries on any previous day. See if it improves over time and compare it with your well-being.

PEM Reports
Get an overview of your relapses and see potential patterns by generating PEM reports. View detailed track information about the days before your PEM.


Trackuility tracks 11 different measurements within several different intervals.

Measurements:
· Average Heart Rate
· Average Walking Speed
· Total Step Count
· Total Walking Distance
· Total Stand Time
· Total Active Energy Consumed
· Average Environmental Audio
· Average Headphone Audio
· Average Stair Speed Down
· Average Stair Speed Up
· Total Stairs Climbed

Intervals:
· Last Recorded (last recorded Heart Rate and Walking Speed)
· Last 15 Minutes
· Last Hour
· Today
· Last 3 Days


This application is integrated with the Apple Health app through Healthkit.

Great tool for pacing

This is the best app I’ve found to help me manage my severe ME. I love the concept and execution of this app. It is helpful to see so much data in context and customize alerts for stats such as hr, steps, up time, and audio levels. It’s especially great to be able to log PEM and use the graphed data to adjust pacing limits. Having multiple time periods with different limits is a unique and essential feature. This is still a relatively new app so I’m excited to see where the developer takes it. Some features I’d like to see would be tracking resting hr or HRV, manual log of external factors such as cognitive exertion or time meditated, and cycle tracking. It would be nice to have a watch widget that displays the factors in which you’ve reached the warning or critical threshold. As is or as it could be, I highly recommend this app for anyone with ME/CFS or long Covid and is interested in using biofeedback to help you pace.
