Great tool for pacing
This is the best app I’ve found to help me manage my severe ME. I love the concept and execution of this app. It is helpful to see so much data in context and customize alerts for stats such as hr, steps, up time, and audio levels. It’s especially great to be able to log PEM and use the graphed data to adjust pacing limits. Having multiple time periods with different limits is a unique and essential feature. This is still a relatively new app so I’m excited to see where the developer takes it. Some features I’d like to see would be tracking resting hr or HRV, manual log of external factors such as cognitive exertion or time meditated, and cycle tracking. It would be nice to have a watch widget that displays the factors in which you’ve reached the warning or critical threshold. As is or as it could be, I highly recommend this app for anyone with ME/CFS or long Covid and is interested in using biofeedback to help you pace.
