Delivery took 40 days !!! They sent me wrong item !!! Now they are saying send it back , but i already paid 170$ taxes !!!

Avoid them - Scammers
The biggest scammers in the bikes industry, I have never seen a company greedy like this, I have ordered a pedals and I was supposed to receive them in a week but I received them a month later, once I received them the item was unsealed and missing the cleats, and what makes it even worse both pedals were for the left side. I have tried multiple times to get them fix the issue or return the item but they are still arguing.

If there is a 0 I would put. More than a month delay. Hidden charges lead to making the order even more expensive than any other website. No updates or clarity in communication, Items were not available with no information about availability date. Bad customer service; 0 Information, not informative. Stressful experience, not recommended to anyone.

The Worst Customer Service Ever
After my items got delayed for over a month, I started contacting BikeInn Customer Service. I was hoping my inquiries would be better replied to, but unfortunately they seem to give no heed whatsoever to their customers. Their replies showed how careless they are; seems like they auto-reply to their customers irregardless of the complainant or inquiry. I kept following up on the status of my ordered items but to no avail! Now 2 months have passed and my items are still somewhere between BikeInn and me, where exactly no one knows! I will never ever deal with them again. I deal with Merlin Cycles, Evans, Bile24, Cicli Mattio, Wiggle and many more and have never ever experienced such useless customer service like TradeINN’s! PS: their mobile app also keeps hanging!
