Please revert back

Updating my review again. Please fix this! It’s horrible. This app has so many issues it’s sooo bad. Please revert back to the previous version. This most recent update has way too many issues. It’s virtually unusable at this point.

Fix the app

Ever since the last big update the app has sucked. Signs you out whenever you exit the app, and doesn’t show accounts the first time you sign back in. You could be in a position and Tradovate app won’t let you sign in for up to 3 minutes at a time, sometimes it takes even longer. Worst trading app by far, love the desktop site but this app is atrocious

App Startup

App doesn’t open. Mobile platform can be improved.

Please fix time frames

I’ve used this app for months on my futures account and today wake up to see I can no longer change time frames on my chart. 3 minute is no longer available. As a primarily mobile trader this is brutal. Need a fix ASAP. The desktop version works well but no way to translate to mobile I guess. Please fix or I would have to leave TradeOvate

vwap is horrible inaccurate, using the data on the chart instead of session. really horrible placement of alerts that never stop until disabled. i tried disabling nearly every alert except fills and didn’t seem to stop alerts until i deleted the app and re-installed a week later. weird that alert placement used to to not overlap charts, but now bizarrely is worse. for some reason trailing stops are enabled by default!?!!?! and when they are enabled you are unable to change any order on the bracket—take profit or stop loss. absolutely insane anyone would want that. just remove trailing stops if it’s going to be that bad. ended up getting stopped out by 3 ticks because of this. should have just exited and re-entered once i realized what was wrong with this app.

Awful charting ability on mobile app, difficult to navigate

Recent Update Keeps Logging Me Out

I’ve never had issues with this before until the recent update. Almost every time I close out of the app. I have to log in again. That’s incredibly annoying when you’re day trading and need to make quick decisions. Had a great experience for many months using this app before this recent update. Please fix and I will bump the rating.

Please fix the update

I almost lost 2k because you have the buy button set automatically. This update isn’t good, and it’s way too buggy. Why does it switch between accounts after a while? Please fix this; Tradovate is literally the only good futures trading platform on mobile.
