App down

Restoring and logging in is not possible because server is down?? Is this great app lost? Too bad!!!

Keeps giving error

Used this for years. But now it won’t update. If i try to register for a subscription it keeps giving an error. It just doesn’t work anymore. No updates are available.

I used trails Pro for a few years. But this year the app doesn’t work anymore and all my data is gone. Where are the update’s ??

No GPX files

Since IOS 16 GPX files downloaden is not possible. Please, give us update ! I love the app.

The main reason why we use this app is because of its great open street map. Doesn’t work any more. Please help developers 😳

Was food now bad

OpenStreetMap doesn’t work anymore.

Impossible to use openstreetmap

Trails is fantastic. However, since about 2 weeks I can’t use openstreetmap in the app trails. I have paid for it, I have all settings correct, but it doesn’t work anymore. Not when walking and not to download openstreetmaps. Developer, please help!

Works fine

I bought one year premium to support the developer. Hopefully he will keep updating this app. I am using it for several days now and it works fine. Also the exports works fine.

Don’t expect support and bugfixes

The app crashes immediately when trying to import a gps file. Multiple have posted this on the support forum, but no reply, reaction from the developer. That’s the support you can expect from trails.io. Think of that before buying a subscription. I am a very, very long time user of Trails and am deeply disappointed by this level of support. I will look for an alternative app.

Crashes with large tracks

I’ve used this app for years. It works and it has a nice interface. I don’t even mind the subscription model that much. But I tracked a very long hike recently and now the app crashes after five seconds. No matter what I try, the app closes. The time is too short to make a backup or a gpx-file, so now I can’t access my data. I’m sure this will be fixed soon, but for now it’s annoying.
