The TrainerDay site has over 20,000 workouts that you can distribute to many platforms. We also have training plans. Our app contains 20-workouts without needing a subscription. Upgrade for full access to unlimited workouts and training plans.

It's fast, it's flexible
1) Start your training session in 5-10 seconds (after an initial quick setup)
2) Easily change workouts, intervals, or intensities dynamically during your training session
3) Fast access to ERG and Resistance or Slope training modes
APPLE WATCH IS SUPPORTED
Record your heart rate, see some stats on the watch and start and stop application. When connected to Apple watch your workouts will be saved to Apple Health.

App works great! Large library with a great selection of workouts. Pricing is right on spot and the support by Alex is great.
Best App for indoor Training
Super intuitive and well connected. Pairing with Turbo Trainers Workshop Like Charm. Tacx Neo Gen 1 and Polar Smart HR Strap.
Strava-Verbindung abgestellt
Grundsätzlich tolle App! Das Bezahlmodell ist aber zu teuer meiner Meinung nach und im kostenlosen Modus haben sie nun leider den Strava-Upload abgestellt, was nervt.

Widerstand reagiert nicht bei ES600
Leider scheint die App auf grund eines Bugs den Widerstand meines Sportstech ES 600 nicht justieren zu können. Damit macht es leider gar keinen Spaß.
