Finally ! Perfect for indoor cycling on my terms

If you have Zwift fatigue like I do and tried other alternatives but just getting fed up of seeing the same content and simply want a structured workout for your smart trainer , while you stream content of your choice, this is it. Paired PERFECTLY with Wahoo Kickr, SRAM Power crank and HR strap. 20 free workout or 4$ a month to access 20K others and even make your own ! Love this app

Love the heart rate option!

Just got this app. Giving it a go and so far it has been easy to use plus you can’t beat the price! Love setting a target heart. Excellent for maintaining zone 2.

Timing not correct

Really enjoyed this app for a couple of years. Now the timing is way off . It gets really bad after 30 minutes. 2 minute interval is time at 5 min with my stop watch. Not sure what the problem is. Woddy311975

Potential but where are the features and devs ?

Has potential but it’s missing important features. At its current state it’s not worth the $. I’d rather pay more and have more features.

Best value for money!

Price wise, unbeatable! Has workouts from zwift, trainerroad, custom workouts, ability to create your own workouts, training plan, ability to export your WO to zwift, an excellent calendar, Coach Jack, connects to strava, new features constantly being added and an excellent customer service! All that for $5/month.

New Slope Mode is World Class

I have used Trainer Day for 9 months primarily for structured workouts. Unlike so called “smart” apps, Trainer Day gives me the flexibility to build exactly what I need. No second guessing. No automatic changes based on limited data. Just the workout according to my specifications. The new Slope Mode is fantastic. Winter 2022 is going to hurt. I couldn’t be happier. Well done.
