Free for 15 minutes then makes you pay a heavy price by the hour
App stops recording without telling you
I had almost 10 hours of recording time available. Recorded a 1 hour meeting. The clock kept counting but it stopped recording after 8 minutes. I think the glitch came because we rejected a scam call around that time, but a phone app that records things shouldn’t glitch out (and say it’s still going when it isn’t) because a phone call was received. Please fix.

Great Product
I've used Transcribe over the past several weeks to create meeting transcripts and the accuracy was typically 94% or above with very few corrections being necessary. It's easy to use, and for an occasional user like myself, it's a very cost effective solution for transcription. Highly recommend!
Stole my money
I downloaded the app onto my computer after trying the free 15 minutes. I have around 10 hours of transcription to do, so I bought the 10 hours. Those hours never showed up on my account. I got in contact with their support team twice, got instructions that made no sense and didn’t line up with anything I was seeing. Brought in tech help who also found their instructions for finding my balance to be nonsensical. Finally decided to cut my loss and find a better program. Do not recommend.
Voice Memos yes; Live not so much
I really liked this app and used it to transcribe Voice Memos. Speaker identification is pretty accurate as most of the transcription. Expensive compared to other apps at $6/hr. Doesn’t edit out the “uhms” and “uhs.” I switched to live transcription ($15 monthly fee, unlimited) only to find a significant drop in accuracy even dropping several words in sentences. Also there was no speaker identification in live and it’s segmented into 15 second intervals with a period at every 15 sec mark which meant lots of editing. On the positive side it did edit out the “uhms” and “uhs. Additionally, customer service response time was slow, waiting several days to get a response. Ultimately, I canceled the service.
