We offer clear subscription options. With our four plans – 30-minute, 2-hour, 5-hour, and 45-hour, you only pay for as many minutes as you need.

All plans cover all transcriber features + additional transcription time.

If you choose to get one of our plans, your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal depends on your Subscription Plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.

Overpriced and dies not work

This is ridiculously overpriced app with totally misleading pricing model, no free trial, but what is much worse is the core functionality simply does not work( submitted for transcribing in the morning and notifications at all after a few hours), need my money back!

Ordered by accident

How can I cancel it just order 5 mins ago?

This is a deception

I payed $6.99 for a subscription that allowed me to transcribe 30 minutes as many times as I needed during the month.It worked well for some days and now the app is asking for a new payment when I am trying to transcribe 13 minutes recording the changed the conditions and want to pay every time I need to transcribe. I checked your account and can confirm you have an active subscription plan. You purchased 30-minute transcription plan and already transcribed 16 minutes and 47 seconds. Your reamaining transcription time is 13 minutes and 13 seconds. Based on the information which I see in your account, you are trying to transcribe a recording of the length 13 minutes and 37 seconds. You don't have enough prepaid time in your account. Please purchase additional transcription minutes and you can continue transcribing. To do so, tap on the top right Settings icon and tap on Get more minutes and choose from the available packages. Please note these are only one-time purchase packages, meaning they don't renew as the initial subscription plan. I am sending you a short video tutorial for easier in-app navigation. Another option you can go for is to wait till your monthly transcription plan renews on the 11th of September, 2023, and you will automatically get 30 more transcription mintes.

Demo doesn’t work

I couldn’t even get the demo to work. I have no idea if this app works. I can record but it will not transcribe. I will move on to something else.

Pretty darn Transcribing you got just cannot afford you

It is the best I’ve seen but I cannot afford anything but the free version . 🤷‍♀️

I can’t seem to upload files to transcribe

I keep trying to upload files so they could be transcribed but I keep getting a message that says try again. I don’t even see where I can cancel this app after I’ve paid for it.
