MobileTrans worked perfectly for me to transfer call history, SMS history and WhatsApp history from my (old) Pixel 4 to my (new) iPhone 15. I had trouble at the start because my Pixel 4 was out of storage but once I fixed that it went smoothly. MobileTrans has very simple and thorough instructions that lead you through the whole process. It's so satisfying to pay for an app and then get great service from it.,

This might be one of the first app reviews I’ve ever written. I have zero idea why in 2024 there isn’t an open standard “airdrop”, or even a way to openly transfer across USB between the two major phone OSes, but here we are. After every single thread and review said get this app I did, and in an urgent scenario even paid their ridiculous subscription fee with promises it would resolve the issue. Only to find after doing that, and granting it full access to my phone to transfer one video, it then asks me to download and subscribe on the other phone as well. What a joke.

Worked fine transferring my data in photos, videos, calendar, contacts and files. Doesn’t however transfer messages, notes and other app data. 3 stars because the only option for subscription was monthly or quarterly, which are quite pricey for what the app offer, but once you pay, there appears a cheaper yearly option of $4. But this is only available once you’ve subscribed

I should never have tried to seek a refund. I should have just accepted that Wondershare's product didn't work in transferring my messages, my photos, my voice memos. I should never have entered into correspondence with this company and wasted my precious hours on this tedium. I have tried to prove to Wondershare that their product did not work for me. I have followed their instructions completely, uninstalled and reinstalled their product FOUR TIMES. I have sent photos, I have sent videos, I have sent Console logs and I have sent photos and videos again. I have spent upwards of three hours of my time (worth way more than the fee for this product) attempting this doomed transfer of data. Don't bother messaging them if the product doesn't work. You will never get a refund. Just let them keep your money and walk away. Caveat emptor.

time waste

Tried to transfer from iPhone XR to iPhone 13 and it didn’t work. It uses a QR code system but the issue is the phone that’s going to accept the transfer won’t read the QR code from the old phone. Don’t waste your money on this.

I used all sorts of apps - recently gave a fortune to copytrans and still my chats won' transfer properly without missing threads. I used mobiletrans on colleague's insistence and now I cant smooching her for giving such a good suggestion! lovely!
