Terrible service

Ar2roTT on

United States

I used this app to try to move to places from my college and it directed mt to the wrong bus every time, literally leaving me stranded 2 hours away from where I wanted to go, I ended up walking back.

Unorganized time schedule

The travelers Tale on

United States

The buses are either late or early but never on time. Drivers need to be a little bit more responsible. It looks like they dont even care if they are late. It's the last day of the week and I am late for work. And the bus is more than half an hour late.

Horrible service in Detroit!

Horrible service in Detroit!

Late

kay.shay on

United States

Why are the buses always late?

Great for tracking times BUT

anGIR hunGIR and danGIR on

United States

I don’t know how fast it calculates walking speed but I don’t run a 6 minute mile, I consistently x1.5 the walk time it gives, x2 if there’s any crosswalks on the way. Occasionally it gives me the distance as the crow flies, which I certainly don’t. Outside of the little kinks, it’s great to have handy to compare transit options and times!

Can’t buy normal and kids tickets at the same time

Calc geek on

United States

Can’t find out how to buy a normal ticket and kids ticket. Purchased a kids ticket and now it won’t let me purchase another ticket after I activated my kids ticket.

Bus not following by time

TatiPukh on

United States

Not buses by showing time. Time chenged every few minutes but bus not shooting.

decent

zantasha green on

United States

The app is decent not every bus has a tracker . They lie about were the bus is and we’re it’s going . And they don’t give u a heads up if it’s being delayed in traffic .

Walking

Joeseline Segovia on

United States

The walking portion should be more realistic the dot tends to be confusing

Not great

Riverdogkenai on

United States

Used to be a lot more accurate but times are now frequently unreliable.
