Seems to ignore many options that I know exist

Buying bus ticket online is almost impossible. Trying to navigate the site and the site usually states there are no tickets available but the bus is always half empty when you go on the day after the anxiety of thinking there may be no seats.

The app, the timetable and the bus times rarely match

The old version worked but this one doesn’t seem to work at all. I can’t plan a journey.

Can’t buy tickets for adults and children….?

If you aren’t from Northern Ireland using the Translink app or website is a nightmare. Hard to find timetables unless you know the Route number. If you are travelling with a group over 10 people then it’s separate transactions.

Can’t buy an online ticket with iPhone - app crashes everytime.

Tried for two days now to book tickets for myself and five friends, we’r traveling from Belfast grand central to Dublin airport June 8th. The App won’t let me choose a fare/ ticket price so I can’t proceed with my order. I thought my device my be the problem ( I was using my IPhone) so I tried my IPad and my laptop, then I asked my friends to try but they got the same response. I suppose I’ll just have to go back to the old fashion method and lift the phone to Translink. Oh and I must add when I tried to submit this review I was asked to provide a nickname so I used the word disappointed but was told that name was already used so tried “very disappointed but was told that was already used so I tried “very very disappointed” but once again I was told that was already used, I’m now going to try just one letter and see how I get on with that.
