The Translink Journey Planner provides information about all scheduled Metro, Ulsterbus, Goldline, NIRailways and Enterprise services. The journey planner has been designed to make finding out about public transport as easy as possible. You can plan journeys to and from stations/ stops/ address or postcode/ neighbourhood or, point of interest as well as create bespoke timetables for your service or preferred stop. The app and mobile site enable you to plan journeys from your current location.

why are two separate apps and not part of the same app where you buy tickets, the mlink. This really is non sense. Also this app is c r a p

Terrible design

Doesn’t show time that a train departs just how long it is until the train. Insanely frustrating.

horrible bus

buses are either way too late or way too early, no point using the app as they will just come any time they want too anyways

App doesn’t show real time info

I stood at a bus stop with the app giving my bus’ ETA as 9 minutes, then 5 minutes, then 1 minute, then due. The bus arrived 12 minutes later. Either something delayed the bus just before my stop (unlikely) or the app’s no use (likely).

How to know if your bus is cancelled

Your bus will show as scheduled…until the time passes, no bus comes and then the journey you were expecting to go on just disappears from Earlier schedule. Isn’t even marked as Cancelled! Most stops don’t have electronic displays so you’re relying on the app. It’s the most basic consideration- if Translink are cancelling this many ad-hoc journeys (separate from planned disruptions), they could at least give people some idea that they’ll be waiting for nothing.

Worst app ever

This app is absolutely no use at all I’m actually completely shocked that it’s even an app, it won’t do anything I want it to do and for such a platform “no pun intended” it’s diabolical that such a poor app exists. I’ll say no more

Scammers

Not good they are scammers and should not be trusted I regret installing this app not recommended

Horrible

They are late every single time and they never tell you the time it’s going to come at. It’s always in 2 or 3 minute increases to the original time so you can’t even know whether to take something else or not.

This app needs a lot of work! So clunky

The timetable is consistently wrong

The app doesn’t match bus routes or timetables at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to use.
