I recently had issues when I tried to open the app it would just glitch out and close immediately, it would be working perfectly fine then randomly can’t even get into it. I have tried shutting down my phone, and redownloading the app but the same problem has started up again, please fix this, it’s getting annoying to have to redownload and then resign in each time.

it’s so clunky and user unfriendly, and the route calculations are often utterly absurd. google maps is better, even considering the fact it DOESN’T have live tracking since it’s completely broken on the tp app anyway. simply put, their tech is painfully outdated. do better.

I had a bus driver that was extremely mean. I’m a school student and I was extremely scared of this bus driver. She yelled at me and told me to move back even though there was no room. I was forced up against people while she just watched at her prison gate.

This app causes unnecessary stress. The live tracking doesn’t work properly, saying that the bus has already passed by and is near the final destination, when I’m been waiting in the same spot for 30 minutes. Then out of the blue when I’m about to walk away, the bus turns up. Pretty useless app because it happens often.

The app is normal for about a week or two and then it completely messes up, fix your app

Shorter bus routes are not always recommended causing my journey to take longer

Any in-app pop ups crash the app for some reason, like adding favourites.

I have missed my bus countless times because the live tracking is either glitching and shows the bus further away than it actually is, or the live tracking is not working all together. This app is terrible and I hate it. It constantly causes me to be late and the glitches need to be fixed. I wish their was another app for Perth public transport because this is useless and I DO NOT RECOMMEND
