Great app, we are using it to plan 7 weeks in Europe it’s amazing, saves confirmation emails/maps/locations, everything. We love it!

Brilliant
Does the job of bringing all your reservations, bookings, plans and ideas into one place. And the Share to Tripsy feature is like Magic!
Very handy
Tripsy is very handy. I have put together the itinerary on my ipad and then use it on the iphone when we’re traveling.
Expected more from subscription
Decided to subscribe with hopes the app would update me on my gate location and any changes to flight times. Though I did get some flight time changes these were often slow to come through, and gates information just never showed. For organising of your travel information though I did find the app useful and enjoyed this aspect.
Failed to meet expectations
Cancelled during a free trial. I was expecting an AI experience where I put in cities of interest and the app suggested travel /sights as options. Nope. Just a glorified calendar with ability to import all the research I do myself, elsewhere. Not good value. I can store my own research quite well and use ChatGPT for suggestions, all free.
Tried 5 other itinerary apps
Tried countless other apps to manage my holiday but I went with Tripsy due to the ability to add emails and their associated attachments directly to each activity in the timeline. This makes it easy to dive into those pesky reservations that have more information you require when you need them (i.e QR codes on PDF)
The ultimate travel planning tool
Just used the app for the second year running of vacations. It magically brings all the itinerary bits and pieces together and is way better than spreadsheets, folders and scrolling through mail inbox searching for flight and bookings references. Highly flexible in categorising activities, and upcoming flights and lodgings and is well integrated with my iPhone and sharing with family travelers. Bookings can be forwarded to an email and it extracts and adds flights etc into the app. Some areas for improvement would be ability to print out the time line for family back home and better flight alerts like App in the Air. Can’t travel without it now✈️
Nonexistent support
I have a large trip with multiple countries and no way to plan it out in Tripsy. Emailed support numerous times. Perhaps they are on holidays. Looks good enough for a trip you’ve already booked and have confirmations for but I’m not paying for pro if it can’t add cities for particular dates. Back to my spreadsheet I suppose
Would not let me use the free version.
Couldn’t even use the app in the free version to see if it was any good went straight to”Get a free trial for seven days” then pay.
Thoughtful design supported by the features I need
Very impressed with the first week of use on a complex itinerary. Previous TripCase and TripIt customer who are left behind by Tripsy. My only area of the product not as slick is in the cross device/different user sync.
