Travelex Travel Money

I was told that there would not be any ATM fee for BSP if I was to get this card to spend in Fiji. The first BSP ATM I use, I get a $10 fee🤦🏾‍♂️ Not happy about it!!

I have been trying to top up my card for 24hours and I have had no luck so I go yet another day having to use bank card instead of my Travelex card. Not good enough

Failed me when I really needed it. I needed to top up while travelling and couldn’t, the system failed.

Really annoyed as it is not easy to do this on a mobile phone. Can’t go back to change amount!!

Clunky and difficult to use

Tracey from Robina Town Centre Travelex was extremely helpful. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to exchange money.

Travelx is just bad, app is often buggy and if overseas sometimes has not worked showing transactions. Top up is a nightmare used Bpay but Travelex provides you an incorrect reference which does not work unless you remove letters included in it. Overall get a Revolut card unless you want constant headaches

Would rate the whole card service 0 if I could. When your card expires you can’t use it but they keep charging you fees and your money disappears before your eyes. Finally managed to close it after 18 mths !!!

Every time I try put in my ID expiry dates it keeps saying they’re expired, when they aren’t. Both my IDs don’t expire for years….

I’m in the UK trying to add money in Singapore dollars and the app won’t respond to my instructions
