This is ridiculous. Exchanging fee is ridiculous. And no help from the support. I lost 300 usd for exchanging. Customer service is not helping at all and was giving me the wrong information which caused me to lose more money. And I called back, they told me they can’t do anything with that. I learned my lesson. This is the worst experience in my life. I won’t be using this for sure. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER EXCHANGE WAYS. AVOID THIS GUYS!

Hi Travelex would have to be the worst travel card I had every had. I have just sent over 2 hours just to put money on to my card. When I try to do on your website it kept saying that my post code was invalid what is going on . I try that site for over 1 hours and still didn’t work I will never used you guys again

reloading card is usually an adventure - it is always painfully slow, but sometimes it times out, and to make matters worse I’ve had it complete the transaction even though it timed and and gave me an error message - so be careful when reloading because getting a time-out error message may not mean the card didn’t get reloaded

The app was great for the whole 2 weeks it was working. Now it hasn’t worked for months. I will be canceling my card soon because of all the issues.

When is the App going to be fixed. I’ve called the customer service number repeatedly and they offer to assist me with my balance and reloading but I don’t want to reload if your system still isn’t secure.

When will this app go back online - US student in Europe and unable to add money to account.

Tells me there is an update, but it can’t find the server. Now I can’t do anything with the app.

App is back online, however the update won’t work so I am unable to reload my card and access the app.

Seems like every time I turn around there is a problem with this app. Can’t put money into a card because their system is down. You have to jump through hoops to try and put money on it seems like. And now the app in general is just down? With no explanation whatsoever than a one sentence blurb in the explanation of what the app is. I’m just glad it wasn’t down while on my last trip so that I could keep up with my funds while on vacation. I’m not happy now though that I can’t just use the app to check my account for what I had left. Plus there’s not even any explanation that they are working on the app in hopes to have it working again. I love the convenience of this card and the app, when it works!

Used my money card previously with no problem. Have tried repeatedly over last few days to load card and nothing but “Oops” error message. Internet site inaccessible too, with “Planned Maintenance” screen stating currency purchasing is temporarily unavailable. Perhaps the least reliable service I have ever dealt with for such an allegedly big name in currency services.
