BEWARE - This is a SCAM company

This company is clearly out to cheat people who are renting the units here in Indonesia. Let me list out the issues I experienced while using the app to book a rental stay here. After reading the other reviews, it is clear that the company is not interested in actually delivering what they promised, but is running a scam to cheat people of money. I would highly recommend using other rental sites and applications, just not Travelio! Issues I experienced: - Room key and access card was not to the unit but belonging to another apartment unit in the same estate - Room that I checked into was not cleaned, had black mold growing in the fridge and on the walls. - The room curtains were stained with blood (yes unbelievable but true) - Many of the amenities or items in the unit that was promised were missing - the worst of all is their customer service : they keep repeating to you questions as though they cannot read the chat history within the application, and after repeating many times, they still go back to ask the same question. - they refused to process a refund, and instead promised to give a discount voucher. Please do not use this app

I was shocked to receive an email thanking me for the review on certain unit in this app while I have never submitted any reviews. I chose not to give reviews as I was not satisfied with the unit but the reviews came with all 5 stars. And there is no button in the app for me to update this fictive review.

Very bad

I was book by online through Travelio and I read all reviews wrote the same wording said “Good”I dont think these all write by all customers.Looks like write by same person to hit the rating to “5” And also comunicate with customers service I ask many questions but the person repeated Ask what is my questions ?🥵

Don’t install nor use the service

Next to a scam. Properties I rented were all dirty, we are charged cleaning fee but we have to re-clean everything. No customer protection at all. Don’t install or ever use the service at all.

Incompetent and unprofessional company

Listing of the unit was inaccurate and did not have all the facilities I required (the reason why I chose the unit in the first place). Subsequently, having to deal with different departments and customer service personnel, who don’t update themselves on what has transpired and contradict each other, has been a long and arduous process. It’s been a nightmare having to deal w Travelio. And I will definitely avoid them in the future.

Gets the job done but...

Useful app to get bookings made but clunky interface, clumsy language translation and poor display of apartments (when they are not available despite giving the requested dates) make it a pain rather than a joy to use.

Listing of rented apartments to boast content.

Dear administrator, please review your listings to only show available units only. Defeats the purpose that I selected my stay dates and keep scrolling the top 10-15 listing to see all rented out apartments. Poor user experience. After spending time and data to research end up pushing users to try other apps.
