Travelocity / Expedia cancelled my reservation with ZERO notice. I had the reservation for over 6 months. My family and I were stuck in NYC with no place to stay on a Saturday night. This is disgraceful! No notice. And then to have the nerve to send an email asking how my stay was?!?!?! I do not blame the Hyatt at all. But they were out of rooms, so we had to search Manhattan for a room at 8:00 at night with 2 children. Absolutely no notification whatsoever. Unbelievable!!!! I will forever be complaining about this site and encourage everyone that I know to never trust them. I’ve never been so outraged and terrified in my life. Thanks so much Travelocity/ Expedia!!!

I wanted to book two rooms at a hotel. One with a king and one with 2 queens. App can not accommodate this common need.

I picked the wrong month on the website today I hope they don’t charge me twice🙏

I book most of my flight’s through Travelocity!

Reserve un auto en la aplicación . Llegando con la agencia del auto. No tenía auto limpios y el tiempo de espera era de 2 horas , además que ellos no validaban el seguro que ofrece la aplicación . Para entregar tenía que obtener un seguro con ellos que valía más que la renta. Y aparte ellos solicitaban $15000 pesos en un tarjeta para depósito. Y en ese momento unas personas estaban reclamando que el depósito no se lo habían devuelto desde hace 3. Meses. Estuve hablando con. Personal de travél y me dijeron que ellos solo son puros anuncios ellos no revisan quien se publica en su aplicación.

Made a transaction yesterday and doesn’t it appear anywhere in your app, but it’s pending on my credit card.

We booked flights through Travelocity including purchasing insurance if cancellation is necessary. We needed to cancel our trip due to passenger having pacemaker placement and cardiac stent placements. Travelocity denied the refund and was absolutely no help at all. We lost thousands of dollars on this trip and no one at Travelocity was interested at all in helping us. We will never use or recommend Travelocity again.

I was in Chile when I received a flight change. I contacted you to cancel my Boston Logan reservation 36 hours before my scheduled arrival and was informed that there would not be a refund since you had a 48 hours cancellation policy. This is a very harsh penalty and makes me want to reconsider using your site. 😤

The only thing I could easily find in this app was the path to this review. It is a confusing mess of adds, drop downs, and resetting parameters.
