Poor customer relationship.
I have booked a flight and the e-ticket came through via email. When I downloaded this app it has no where to add my flight details. I then went to the help section which promote me to send a query. Got asked for movie number to chat through what was needed. Still waiting on call 5 days later. My flight is 1day away and no closer to sorting this out. I would still appreciate the help in this matter
Travelstart warning
Do not use this app to book internal flights in South Africa. We are on holiday from UK and Booked internal flights via this app. Then late on Saturday night (24hrs before our flight) get an email saying our flights are cancelled. No reason. No contact. Nothing. Spent hours emailing and calling and messaging. No response. Avoid at all costs. Better to book online direct with airline.

Terrible customer service
I booked a rebookable flight and upon wanted to change my flight there is no number to call and it takes absolutely ages for them to get back to you with only vague replies still saying it’s going to cost me an arm and a leg to change. My flight still has not been rebooked after sending an email 2 weeks ago!

Zero - downloaded app & couldn’t see flight
Absolutely awful
One of the worst apps I have ever used. It continuously signs me out and tells me that my password is incorrect but won’t allow me to reset it when I request the link to do so. It also deleted my upcoming bookings. Very poor
