This app is so buggy, looked liked my flight was booked, even appeared on my next booking, only to discover payment hadn’t go though and flight was x3 the price! Don’t bother trying to manage flights etc you will be in a holding pattern to eternity. Cannot believe this is released to general public.

You cannot complete an online check in of you do not capitalize the letters of your passports. This should be an easy fix. Checkin online is USELESS as you still have to join long Queue at airport and get duplicate boarding passes. The lines are LONG and the staff are slow. One even tried to look at my stamps like they where immigration. Terrible service. But it’s cheap. So it is what it is.

The following are bugs in the app: 1) if you try to update the phone number it accepts the new number but does not change it 2) if you book a flight through the app it does not add it automatically to the itinerary 3) if you try to add a bag to your flight it hangs up flying the little plane 4) it is not possible to add a permanent debit card to your profile 5) it does not accept South African debit cards for payment but it accepts UK debit cards The app is totally disfunctional Please try and test it before you release another version

Best in Class!! This app is great for quick booking and issuing of boarding passes. Great for updates on flight status and planning travel in advance but also great for last minute booking. Looking forward to seeing more improvements and features. Great work and keep improving 🌟

App doesn’t work at all. Completely frozen.

Can not even open the app !!

The app is user friendly but unable to capture my ID card. Now I’m stuck because i can’t book my flight.

Not happy with the recent update! Before the update, I could select my seat and pay for it and it was successful. Since the update, every time I select a seat and proceed to payment, an error occurs - unable to continue please try again later. I have tried many times. Logged out, logged back in. Exited the app and reopened. I have even waited a few hours to try again and tried one day later and still the same error!

Constant checkin errors. Complains about seat booking and the troubles never end. Always logs you out just generally shocking. 15 emails and I still couldn’t book myself in had to get support to by which time I got the worst seat

FlySafair needs to get their act together. The checkin functionality crashes the app. Did your QA team not do any testing before releasing the update? Also, after PAYING for a specific seat, and CONFIRMING the seat was booked, we now see the seating has changed AGAIN.
