good, app cannot. Live agent is actually dead agent. Brainless OTP , CAN NEVER BE RECEIVED. Uninstall and installed 10 times. ALL FAILED. ALL images for registration, needs 50 SETS OF pictures EACH. DOWNLOAD AND WASTE YOUR OWN TIME. REJECT! RUN!

Bad experience…be careful when rent the car from this app….read carefully..some how they said the mileages is limited to 200km per day…from JB to KL already took more than 300km in one day and another 300km++ from KL to JB ..and they they want me to pay for the additional mileages 329km ( $1 per km). Rent at your own risk!!!

Just be careful when using this app. You might die from a faulty car and if you’re lucky enough to survive, the customer service will leave you to die.

Literally the worst app ever. Go fix your app man. Suddenly deleted my account and can’t get back, booking very hard, even in the beginning part to sign up very difficult keep rejecting my phone number and ic claiming that the user exist when it doesn’t. Literally the most useless and pointless app out there. 💀💀

My account blocked because of additional charges of mileage. But I doesn’t over use of the mileage of 200km per day. Worst service ever. Won’t use it anymore. Pui

Waste of time, signup can’t even receive OTP. Contacted app support, ask to wait for 60 second and there is a pop up prompt for use email. The pop up never appear. Forget it! Truly incompetent

Verification is awlays failed saying its invalid IC eventhough its original. Asking the CS many times why its rejected, they just keep answering ‘please reupload the document’
