Tried countless other apps to manage my holiday but I went with Tripsy due to the ability to add emails and their associated attachments directly to each activity in the timeline. This makes it easy to dive into those pesky reservations that have more information you require when you need them (i.e QR codes on PDF)
Just used the app for the second year running of vacations. It magically brings all the itinerary bits and pieces together and is way better than spreadsheets, folders and scrolling through mail inbox searching for flight and bookings references. Highly flexible in categorising activities, and upcoming flights and lodgings and is well integrated with my iPhone and sharing with family travelers. Bookings can be forwarded to an email and it extracts and adds flights etc into the app. Some areas for improvement would be ability to print out the time line for family back home and better flight alerts like App in the Air. Can’t travel without it now✈️
I have a large trip with multiple countries and no way to plan it out in Tripsy. Emailed support numerous times. Perhaps they are on holidays. Looks good enough for a trip you’ve already booked and have confirmations for but I’m not paying for pro if it can’t add cities for particular dates. Back to my spreadsheet I suppose
Couldn’t even use the app in the free version to see if it was any good went straight to”Get a free trial for seven days” then pay.
Very impressed with the first week of use on a complex itinerary. Previous TripCase and TripIt customer who are left behind by Tripsy. My only area of the product not as slick is in the cross device/different user sync.
I have never reviewed an app but…this gem of an applications deserves 5 stars. Thank you for creating such a masterpiece! I documented my whole trip on this for next year and it’s the best thing anyone travelling could ever asked for!
It looks good but I need to use it on 2 devices.
I tried the app for the first time and I liked it so I decided to pay the premium month, I planned my entire trip in the app in advance and the moment I started my trip I realized that everything had been deleted, the activities had disappeared, thanks to I had no plans for this and I forgot how I had executed it, I felt like I wasted my money and my time with this App.
I love using Tripsy. I’ve even gone ahead and added trips that pre-date the app in anticipation of some kind of stat and analytics feature in the future. I would just love to see an easy way to track all of my destinations (countries, airports, miles etc.) along with the ability to create/suggest a packing list. Right now, I’m juggling a number of apps when travelling including Tripsy, Flighty and App in The Air. Love the overall design and I was even surprised by how often I find myself launching the Mac port. I also love that you’re part of the Setapp family!
An amazing app with a beautiful interface. Would love to see: The ability to add custom activities with changeable icons and colours. To be able to add a header image or even multiple images to an activity. To change the main trip view to a more simpler list view (I find the current ‘grid’ layout can get a bit cluttered especially when you have several different activities). So far a great experience! Can’t wait to see what is added next!
