Can’t create an account

I downloaded the app and after this recent update. I still cant create an account from the mobile app. The app crashes upon entering my email add. Im using an iphone 12. Is there any work going on to rectify the issue?

Very easy to navigate and loads of options are available

Supporting poor 3 party sites

Allows dodgy 3rd party sites to take your bookings, prepay and cancel without warning

Profile deactivated with no explanation

My profile which I have just registered hours ago has been deactivated for absolutely no reason. I have only used the app to browse and note down a hotel I want to book. The app furthermore tells me that my Internet is down when in fact it is because of my deactivated profile that prevented me from using the site. Definitely do not recommend.

No confirmation

Credit card has been charged but no immediate confirmation of my booking.

Very disappointed with your price are different using different phone

Your price are different using with different phone. The price can be 50% different with other phone. If someone saw this commend You can go try it with using ipad phone and computer!
