We will refuse any load that requires us to track a load using Tracking tools. The app does not work and brokers fining (terrorizing us for not tracking). Brokers use this app to scam drivers. They track drivers and then get the detention that belongs to driver and carrier, at the same time they fine carrier for not tracking. How is this possible that this app and broker practices are not audited by law enforcement yet?

Why when using this app I always get location updates from the brokers? Same excuse the tracking isn’t working.

Additional feature needs to be added to allow for multiple load tracking at the same time. There are some instances where 2 different brokers would use this tool to track and if a carrier is on one load for tracking but can’t track for another with another broker.

After the last update I'm unable to see any loads anymore. I'm a driver that does self-dispatch sometimes. Now I use the filters and it says every time no matter what option(s) I select "Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later". This has been going on for several days now!!! Please fix!!!

THIS APP USES YOUR LOCATION even if you don’t allow location services enabled on your phone. This is very serious VIOLATION of Privacy Policy. Don’t keep this app on your phone installed all the time if you want to avoid this problem. Don’t deserve even one star rating and SHOULD BE REPORTED. Also it drains the phone battery really fast! AVOID

Truly hate this app. Says that it’s so much more convenient if it tracks you all the time. Convenient for them. Won’t work unless you allow tracking 24/7. Only use it when mandated by shipper then can’t wait to uninstall every time.
