Frustrating to use as a client
Crashes all of the time. Pictures and videos are so difficult to upload. I waste so much time trying to upload them for my coach and just end up giving up / sending feedback through a different platform, which is a shame as I think this app has potential to help the coach-client interaction more efficient and intuitive.
Constantly crashes
Crashes at least 3 times during every workout. Really frustrating as it doesn’t simply crash and close, it will freeze on the screen leaving the iPhone totally unusable for about 20 seconds before it closes. Don’t think this we designed with clients in mind - the layout is bad and the usability is worse - the app won’t even stay on the screen, you have to constantly unlock your phone, discover the app has frozen, wait 20 seconds for it to close, and restart. Another example, why not have the comments section on the end of the workout? Seems illogical to have it as a whole extra area under each day. And why can’t I mark warm up complete? Why isn’t there a setting (or just default?) to log in a simple table reps and weight? This could be an optional setting for the coach if you’re doing a weights exercise, it could then display your previous weights and reps as a reminder. As it stands you have to manually write everything down which gets in the way of the workout and the only way to check what you did last time is to go all the back and find it. The picture uploads always displays in the wrong order (when it actually works, another feature that is glitchy AF). App needs a total redesign and recode with functionality placed above style. And honestly probably a new team to write it given how this version is borderline unusable.
