This is a great app to use with my PT. I love it!
If your coach uses true coach convince them to move to a better app. True coach is restrictive to what your coach tells you to do. A different app (Trainerize) allows you to put in if you have done other things. Is extra cardio spin class an additional session. You can also substitute movements if you can’t do it. Trainerize also keeps track of how you’re progressing since it asks you to enter the reps and weight. True coach it’s a white text box and there’s no real tracking to see you improve. Unless you have an ace coach and they extract this data. True coach also logs me out all the time. It’s honestly a waste of space. Do yourself a favour use trainerize or Wodify. Even a spreadsheet is better than this nonsense.
Not really sure how this app has such good reviews to be honest. The timer is glitchy and only alerts you 75% of the time when you’re not in the app, you can’t move scheduled workouts around to fit your calendar or energy levels. You have to manually enter all your data - unlike in trainerize where you enter the weight lifted / reps, you have to just chuck it into an open text field. There’s no in set timers, meaning you have to save your info, go back to the main screen and type in however long you want as a break or interval. It’s not clear when exercises are grouped together in super sets either, and you have to click in and out and in and out to update details. Coaches - AVOID.

Would be great if it was easier to see your last recorded weights, so you don’t have to delve deep to find your last workout history, and a separate place to store your nutrition plan would be good too… but no issues otherwise
The plan and hi is great, easy to use, simple to follow, however, I want to feed in Garmin stats for session, weight, body fat, etc. stats from myzone and also stats from Boditrax. If you can make this happen then you’ve killed it
I literally have upped my game since you john have supported me , motivated me and encouraged me to be a better me , early on to see physical difference yet as only 3 days in , but I feel a difference in my mood totally already … I really want to do this , I am going to do this with the support from you john ! You are great and honest and so educated with health and fitness just what I need right now ! Ching ching here’s to 2024 and my new bikini body
