## TruGreen Reviews in United States

### *---- "Lots of interruptions"
Slow and buggy. Went to a white screen in login. Agreements, confirmations, another confirmation, then a survey model, then freezes. I’m on iPhone 14 Pro. Shouldn’t be happening. Garbage.
-- enigmamonkey, 2024-11-28

### ***** "Inoperable since ios18"
Title says it all.
-- Darin Walker, 2024-11-14

### *---- "Why can’t you fix your app? Need a new tech team"
The TruGreen app is still frustrating. I’ve used it many times. It’s not intuitive, I submitted helpful reviews, but I cannot see them. I do not believe all reviews are posted. Cannot possibly have a 4.6 rating. What’s going on with TruGreen!?!? Who’s in charge?
-- SandyD99, 2024-10-31

### **--- "App Unreliable"
This app constantly goes down. Ever since IOS 18 it hasn’t worked.
-- SWOLF67, 2024-10-30

### *---- "Trash"
Doesn't Work. Freezes all the tine or just crashes. In line access works as terrible. Calling customer service doesn't work. No one answers the phone.
-- Ski999, 2024-10-04

### ***** "App is Great Lawn Service not so much"
I was only a TruGreen customer for a few years. They used to be known for great if not the best lawn service provider.

Besides being the highest priced service provider I’ve used at my current address, there service technicians were the worst.

1. I’m not sure if the technicians are employed or subcontractors. We didn’t have the same person for most of the services. They wanted to drive equipment on lawn when wet which creates ruts, instead of dragging hoses around yard. When service was due or expected a driver would pull up front or drive by without stopping. Had to point out organic gardens to every one that eventually showed up. Last straw was when nearly all of potted herbs on patio were sprayed with herbicide, they offered to pay money for replacement. This was early fall and all plants had not been bought, but had been started with seeds by my wife. Some that year but many were numerous years old. She had invested so much time in growing these plants. Secondly after canceling service, they tried to get me to restart services at either a discounted rate or a “free” appointment.

This company used to have great technicians and great customer service. I think they no longer have local customer service.

### ***-- "Chat feature - requires unnecessary input"
Within the chat feature, why would you require 4 fields of user/household information to be input? The user has already been authenticated and the account has been selected. You would have all of this information accessible to the chat function already. Worst case, display what you have and allow edits/confirmation.

Additionally, the chat requires multiple questions and responses that are essentially nothing more than a keyword search of your FAQ. It is not an intelligent response system. Please simply direct us to FAQ if you can do no more than this.
-- grahamtv, 2024-09-19

### **--- "Klunky"
Klunky app. Chat works but rest of app is hard to navigate
-- dclionva, 2024-09-19

### ****- "Blank Email"
I can"t read this email. It is completely blank. Please check what is wrong
-- First Time customer 1947, 2024-09-18

### *---- "White Screen Since Update"
The app is unusable now. Every screen is white.
