Lawn service is good. App is terrible. The app opens but key screens don’t load. It just sits forever on a flashing leaf. Makes checking a live map or rescheduling service difficult to impossible.

The app has been broken for months. Does anyone over there even care?!

Is this app some sort of joke? Nothing appears on the Home Screen other than the green leaf. Very few options work when you tap on the labels nothing happens.

This app is a design failure. I have an iPhone. Opening the app takes forever as a leaf flashes too many times. If you click on something it doesn’t immediately register you selected it. Even then, the app’s green leaf flashes for an incredible amount of time. You cannot schedule appointments or reschedule appointments even though it says you can. The calendar to reschedule worked only in the beginning (had the app for almost a year) and then just stopped working altogether saying “no appointments are available”. You’re better off calling customer service, and everyone knows the entire point of the app is for convenience and not having to call customer service. There’s nothing convenient about this app. Even if you want to “track the technician” it’s impossible with this app. You’d think with all the money TruGreen makes that they would hire decent developers for this app-but no. I haven’t had a god experience with the app or with TruGreen service. Maybe you’ll fair better. This is a failed app.

This app is basically useless - it hardly loads. When it does finally load, many times, the interface is beyond the bounds of the screen, so you are unable to tap on items.

This is undoubtedly the WORST app ever! It takes minutes to load - on the rare occasion it loads at all and doesn’t crash! When it does load (finally!), NOTHING works! Absolutely worthless in every shape, way, and form!

I can no longer see an estimated arrival time even though I get a text saying to click here to open app to see details. App doesn’t work.

While the app is a great idea, it doesn’t do anything. Flat out broken. Try to open it and you get a flashing leaf. Close it reopen it still just get a flashing leaf. Very disappointed in true green for not supporting this better.
