But now it’s completely useless. Won’t even connect and hold on to Bluetooth & freezes during setup. It wasn’t bust so why the hell did you try and fix it?

Since updating to version 4.22.0 each time you leave the vehicle, on your return, you have to reset the iNet box in order to connect via Bluetooth, never happened before update and I’m not the only one with this issue

Easy app to use to set temperature and choice of power from my bed. Only use Bluetooth but that’s fine for us.

App screen keeps freezing so therefore can’t use it !!

Crashes ever time I open it

Be nice if once you have selected a temperature on the scroll toggle that it simple and intuitively set the temperature. But no you have to scroll, find the temperature then press “OK” to accept the new temperature, otherwise it doesn’t accept the change made and reverts back (effectively cancelling the change you just made). Can catch you out easily especially when changing temperatures due to external changes in temperature during the night when half asleep. Annoying. Otherwise it’s fit for purpose.

Works great, but have to keep switching phone on and off for app to reload. Being able to control heating/hot water/aircon remotely is great as we’re on a seasonal pitch and can have warm/cool on our arrival. If only the app was more stable

This app could be great. However, it hangs almost every time you go back to it and has to be closed down and reopened to make it work. It’s been like this for a long time now and others have also reported it but the major bug remains. I use an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Please developers - fix this bug soon.

I was excited to update the latest release a few weeks ago hoping that the bug I reported would have been fixed. Sadly not it’s still there. If you leave the app from the remote control screen, which is screen you use most, then when reopening the app it just hangs. Then you have to fully close the app and reopen again. I don’t know why this happens and worst still despite emailing the tech support email it’s not been fixed. I guess I’ll get another response saying please email the tech support again. Not impressed!!

There seem to be issues with the latest iOS 15 on both iPad and iPhone have to keep fully closing app every time I need to update a setting. Before that it worked fine, much better than having to fiddle with controller.
