Trust: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet

I’m extremely disappointed with Trust Wallet. I lost my ETH through unauthorized transactions without ever entering my seed phrase anywhere or using third-party apps. My device was clean, and I only used Trust Wallet for basic storage. Despite that, someone managed to send out my ETH — all transactions were signed from my wallet, and Trust Wallet support simply said they can’t help. No explanation on how the private key could have been accessed or how the transactions were signed without my approval. Security and transparency should be taken more seriously — this experience was a harsh reminder that “non-custodial” doesn’t mean safe by default.

Hello Trust Wallet Team, I’ve been a long-time user of Trust Wallet and always appreciated its simplicity and usability. However, I must say that the recent UI update is extremely disappointing. The new design feels rushed, inconsistent, and frankly unprofessional. It looks like it was made without any real user testing or visual consistency in mind. The previous UI was far more intuitive and clean. I strongly urge your team to reconsider the design direction or at least provide an option to switch back to a “classic” or legacy UI mode. Please take this feedback seriously, as I know many other users share the same frustration.

Guys, don’t trust this app. I got scammed through it. Hopefully, the scammers will choke on the money they stole.

Scammer made a transaction without my permission, I didn’t provide my log in to someone. And my funds just disappeared! Not safe product to use! Be careful looks like they hack this app and doing transactions from your wallet without any problems! And support of TRUST haven’t even replied me back in these 3 days! Very unprofessional service! Get my funds back!

Trust wallet is simple and offers stats that are helpful for beginners and people that have been around for a while. Trust wallet also offers ways to learn and earn money for learning. Staking is available I haven't tried it yet but the option is there if you're looking for something like that.
