No Customer support no Sol network support
Be aware of this scammers, anything and everything you will have in your Trustwallet in Solana chain, will be blocked from being swapped, transfered or sold. The problem is going on for almost a year and still no support. On the trustwallet support page they do not offer a way to contact to anyone.
Not to be trusted
All of my crypto savings got transferred to a unknown account without my permission; basically money got stolen from the “trust” wallet. Do not recommend.
Cannot open the app anymore
I can’t not open the app anymore after this update…. Do something
Worst wallet ever
After many attempts to transfer some crypto to binance, i only managed to spend crazy amounts of money (gasfee) just to convert and transfer inside trustwallet, also, some of the crypto (wbtc) has no value. No problem, i was wrong and maybe i made some mistakes along the way. I tried to ask for support, big mistake. I sent a lengthy email to support in regards to all the issues i am having. The answer: “Too small amount” That’s it. Stay safe guys,
Tehnic problem
Please solve the bug with SUI. My number of Sui coin changes every 10 seconds. Thx
Not trustworthy
I was trading and my capital was blocked and still not free I tried couple of times to reach help from trust wallet but no chance at all
Worst support
I added 250$ worth of eth and never got it in mu wallet, i opened a tiket and never got the answer back
