You lost me when i couldn’t use a password manager to register a password. Can’t even copy paste it in.

No fingerprint login? Cmon TSB! It feels that no effort has been put into developing this app in 20 years.

Smoothly able to add my card to phone. Now I don't have to carry my card.

Better off going with one of the Australian banks. Much easier to work with and more honest.

Doesn't even support biometric login, Apple Pay, UI looks designed by an accountant in 1990. Completely useless. Whoever designed this should be simply fired. Or sent back in time.

App really needs a refresh. Need to be able to login with FACE ID as well as able to use Apple Pay.

After this most recent update one week ago I can’t open the app on my IPhone 6 it just closes immediately after I click on it. This is really frustrating as I’m having trouble accessing my account anywhere else, hope this gets fixed soon.

I love this app, so much faster than going online, I can check balances quickly when connected to Wifi (chews a lot of data if you do this in town), but it is so fast for paying bills and making transfers! So handy to keep track of purchases.

The app has suddenly stopped in my Apple 6 it opens and closed straight away. I have contacted TSB and they have said I might not get reply until early following week. Not great when your out and about and want to transfer money.

In an era where digital security is paramount, it’s frankly surprising that the TSB Bank app has yet to implement biometric authentication such as Touch ID or Face ID. This is a significant oversight in 2024, as most banking apps have long embraced these technologies. Immediate attention to this feature is not just expected, it’s critical for ensuring use.
