The premium does not offer any benefit at all. Whilst it says it offers faster note processing. It doesn’t. Not only that, the website does not allow you to unsubscribe as you cannot access their billing portal to do so. And now you are stuck trying to unsubscribe something that does not offer any benefit. And no refund what so ever as well.

I like the way it can convert PDF’s to notes and create quizzes and flash cards. I see how it may be helpful for lower school classes or less technical classes like English, arts and history. However it really struggled with physics and math, The symbols came out written in code which is an issue I’ve seen with lots of AI, where they can’t convert different symbols back into a something legible for the reader. Some of the quiz questions it made were straight up wrong, seems to be making calculation errors like other AI’s. There is also no way to label different notebooks which would make organising for the long term difficult and there is no way to ask it to try again when it gets something wrong which removes all accountability and the ability to improve answers/find another way to explain something. I will definitely come back to this if you improve it over the next few months because as I said, there are still lots of things that need to be smoothed out.

I didn’t even realise I had subscribed and it’s been difficult to get a refund

Great app and want to commit to the year subscription, however why does it only offer the Unlimited subscription only via the app and the Pro subscription only via the website? Sounds like bending App Store rules to me. I’m not sure how it will work if I subscribe via the website (off the App Store), if it will work on the app, and how easy it will be to cancel the sub either. Fix this to give your customers more confidence.

This is very good as going into my English and history classes. Just hit record and play Run 3 for 45 minutes and get all my notes. Highly suggest.

If you get a phone call(and decline it) this app spazzes out. Doesn’t let you continue, doesn’t EVER generate notes, just stays STUCK on a % of upload. Recorded 4 lectures, declined calls on 2. Only ONE of the 4 lectures recorded notes. 2 disappeared as if they never began, and the last one is stuck on 30% note generation. I gave it 45 minutes to reach 91%, then it was stuck on 91% for an hour. I went out of the app and back in, and it was back on 30%. Ridiculous. They don’t make it easy to cancel subscription. Can’t cancel the plan if they don’t send you a link, and I’ve entered my email twice. No link received. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR PAY FOR THIS LOW LEVEL APP.

I just paid for the monthly subscription that was said for $14.99 but it doesn't work. Moreover, the worst is they didn't even give me the subscription features, and extremely hard to reach out just to clarify what happened and fix the issues. Such a waste of time and I truly regret spending my money on this scam. You all should be careful and think twice before subscribing to this app. Just use another, better app instead
