I use the chat feature every time I have a question. You may have to wait a few minutes for a representative to get to you, but it’s well worth the wait. They are helpful and will provide step-by-step instructions to anything I would say that the chat feature is Turners greatest feature of the entire program today I had a chat with Audrey and she was efficient, polite, professional, and provided me with step-by-step instructions for everything I needed to do. Thank you, Audrey. I took one star away because of the Turno platform itself. I don’t like that you are forced to review a client before you actually know what they’re like. The system forces you to rate them or you can’t get to the program to use the program. They need to offer a bypass. I think it’s unfair that customers can cancel a payment for a cleaning that has been completed with substantial backup documentation. Turno allows this to occur and then tells the cleaner that Turner is just a middleman and we find other means of recourse on our own.

They are very good and have availability and support whenever you need it. I spoke to Andy, he gave me a lot of support because I had difficulty with the language, as I speak Portuguese. They have a translator for both meetings and conversations in support. When I said my language, they started talking to me in Portuguese, making me feel super comfortable. Do not waste your time following the prompts, etc., with this app. I wasted an entire day filling everything out following the prompts, which required references to fill out information and submit. and THEN they tell you pay $70 for a criminal background check. that’s unheard of to begin with. but they claim there’s all these offers and work available yet they won’t let you see them until you pay the $70. And they have AI software for their customer service claiming to be a human, which is clearly not. it’s insulting. This app deserves zero stars.
